About AZTECH

AZTECH is a technology systems integrator. We specify, supply, install and support hardware across five areas — computing devices, audiovisual systems, printing, scanning and digitisation, and document management and storage — and we maintain what we install.

Most organisations end up buying these things from separate suppliers, which means separate quotes, separate installers and an argument about responsibility when something fails. We take the whole scope so there is one specification, one delivery schedule and one number to call.

AZTECH was founded to close a practical gap: hardware sourcing is easy to find, but installation and after-sales support often are not. We built a company that keeps those stages under one team and one scope.

We are still early in our story. That means small teams, direct access to the people doing the work, and commitments on scope, cost and timelines that we put in writing.

We keep scopes documented and expectations realistic. Before we quote, we want to understand the environment: how many users, in what roles, in which buildings, with what constraints on budget and downtime. We then put the options in writing, including the cheaper option and what you give up by choosing it.

We work across manufacturers rather than representing one, and we buy through authorised distribution so hardware carries a valid manufacturer warranty.

We provide on-site service across our primary service area, and remote support to clients elsewhere in the region. Larger multi-site rollouts are handled with our own engineers and vetted partner technicians where needed.

Our services suit government departments, healthcare providers, schools and universities, financial institutions, corporate offices, retailers, manufacturers and logistics operators. We take on both single-site projects and phased multi-site programmes.
